Apple Beetroot Juice for Babies/Kids/Toddlers/Adults

APPLE BEETROOT JUICE FOR BABIES/KIDS/TODDLERS/ADULTS

Dear All Mothers,
As we know whenever we go out for shopping or on any trip we have to spend lots of time in car/traveling. And babies and nowadays even kids get crazy to have a glass of fresh juice anywhere they go! With lots of health benefits here is an easy to make Healthy drink recipe which you can try for your kids and carry along for long hours and give to your kids instead of canned juice.

INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 Bowl Apple (Chopped)
- 1 Bowl Beetroot (Chopped)
- Some Water (You can use coconut water too instead of water)
- 1 pinch Cinnamon

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Cut both Apple & Beetroot in small pieces so that it’s easy to grind.
  2. Put chopped Apple & Beetroot in a mixer add a little water as nothing of both is too juicy and grind.  
  3. After 1st round of grind add a pinch of cinnamon in it and add some more water to make it juice so that it’s easy for kids/babies to sip either from bottle/sipper.
  4. Grind it again to make thin.
  5. Take a Strainer and squeeze properly, you can also use a masculine cloth to squeeze more fiber. And transfer to bottle/sipper or in the glass as you kids like to drink.

 Notes:-
  • You can preserve this for long hours.
  • Good replacement of canned juices.
  • Beetroot is high in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium/ manganese Beets also contain the B vitamin folate. It also boosts stamina & blood flow.
  • Apple benefits we all know then also just only to remind. Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants and dietary fiber.
  • Pinch Cinnamon powder will add a taste to juice and also YES it fights infection & viruses and also protects dental health.
