MULTI-GRAIN TODDLERS DELIGHT

Here another recipe for your kid which I came to know from my grandmother and later on I found the same on the internet also. So sharing the experience of same with you all as I found it very useful for those kids who are very choosy in eating in also for those kids who have tooth ace due to new teeth coming up and not able to chew anything.
Ingredients:
- 1cup – Overnight Soaked Green Moong Dal (GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN)
- 1cup – Overnight Soaked Wheat (GOOD SOURCE OF FIBER)
- 1cup – Overnight Soaked Rice (GOOD SOURCE OF CARBOHYDRATES)
- 2tbps – Cashew nuts (GOOD FOR KIDNEY)
- 2tbsp – Almonds (GOOD FOR EYES)
- 2tbsp – Walnuts (GOOD FOR BRAIN)
- 2cup – milk
- 4tbsp – sugar (as per taste)
Preparation:
- Roast all the overnight soaked Green Moong Dal / Wheat / Rice in a pan to evaporate the water and once roasted take them out in a big bowl.
- Roast all cashew nuts, almonds, and walnuts also and take them out in the same bowl.
- Now mix all the roasted grain & nuts genteelly with a spoon.
- Now grind them in a grinder in form of powder.
- Take them out in a bowl and let it sit for 5-10 mins.
- Now in a pan take 2cup milk and bring it to boil and then add 2tbsp of a mixture in it and cook for 3-4 mins and then add sugar (as per your taste).
- Take out in a small bowl and serve hot/cold as your kiddo like to eat.
Note:
- This mixture can be stored in airtight container for 8-10 days.
- This is a great replacement of the cereal which we used to buy from the market.
