Yummy Tummy - Beetroot Barfi

This Recipe I came to know from Miss. Bishakha. So here it is:-

Ingredients:-
  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder


Procedure:-
  1. In a pan Boil the milk, then put beetroot in it and cook on low flame. 
  2. When milk reduced and beetroot get soften then add condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  3. Cooked it till beetroot become dry.
  4. Your Barfi is ready for eating. You take any mold and put in it and keep it in a fridge for 10 minutes for the setting. Then de-mold it.
