Yummy Tummy - Beetroot Barfi
This Recipe I came to know from Miss. Bishakha. So here it is:-
- 1 cup grated beetroot
- 1/2 liter milk
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Procedure:-
- In a pan Boil the milk, then put beetroot in it and cook on low flame.
- When milk reduced and beetroot get soften then add condensed milk and cardamom powder.
- Cooked it till beetroot become dry.
- Your Barfi is ready for eating. You take any mold and put in it and keep it in a fridge for 10 minutes for the setting. Then de-mold it.
