Daal Pyaaza Parantha / Onion & Green Gram Bread

Today I tried a new dish for my 3yrs kids and they and other just loved it.
As we all know some kids don't like dal /pulses to eat so I find a way to give them this in the below way ;). Hope you all will like it.
Ingredients
- 1cup – Green Moong Dal (overnight soaked) - you can soak qty according to ur's family members
- 1 Onion – Chopped
- Salt - as per taste
- ½ Tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Nutmeg Powder
- Wheat Flour
- 2tbsp - Besan
- 3tbsp - Soji
- 1/4tbsp - Ajwain
- Oil to fry
- Curd / Chutney to Serve with
Preparation
- Rinse the overnight soaked Green Moong Dal.Once the water is strained blend it and transfers to bowl.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions.
- Once they turn to golden brown add salt & red chili powder (as per taste) with a pinch of nutmeg powder.
- Once all the spices are cooked. Add Blended dal to it and mix gradually.
- Now in a big bowl take wheat flour, besan, suji, ajwain, and ghee. Mix All together and ned a dough. Once the dough is ready let it sit for five mins.
- Now make a small ball and stuff it with a mixture and make it flat like a chappati and fry it on Tawa.
- Daal Payaaza parantha is ready.
- You can either serve it with Curd or Chutney.
