Rice Crackers / Snacks
Hi All,
Here am back with one more homemade snacks recipe for kids/adults or for every age. We all want to eat the snacks in evening with tea or etc. and we prefer it should be healthy and homemade too. Becoz in market snacks, there is Maida which is not good for anyone. So here is other RICE CRACKERS SNACKS recipe for all.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts
- ½ cup roasted chana daal
- 2tbsp dry coconut (optional)
- ½ tbsp. cumin seeds /jeera
- 1 cup rice flour / Chawla Atta
- ¼ cup wheat flour/roti Atta
- 2tbsp rava / sooji
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (as per taste)
- 1tbsp sesame seeds / til
- Pinch of Hing
- 1tbsp curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2tbsp hot oil
- Water as required to knead
- Oil for deep fry
Procedure
- In a blender grind roasted peanuts, chana daal, dry coconut & jeera to a rough powder.
- Transfer to a bowl and add all ingredients (1 to 12 see numbering up in ingredients) except oil and mix well.
- Add hot oil and crumble.
- Add water is little by little and knead to smooth & soft dough and rest for 5mins.
- After 5 mins. Divide into equal parts and prepare a ball and roll to slightly thick as parantha.
- Cut with the help of cookie cutter and deep fry.
- It can be contained in an air-tight container for 10-15 days.
